Biography

Wife of Leonard Weaver and Sam Ensley

Birth mother of two "Hicks babies". Beulah gave birth to twins at the Hicks clinic in 1950. Dr Hicks told her the babies died and gave her their death certificate. However, they were sold in a black market adoption. Over 70 years later, long after she passed away, her family (through DNA evidence) has found one of those babies, Stephen Dilbeck.
