Biography

Robert was born about 1590. He is the son of Robert Stapleton and Olive Sharington. Robert matriculated at Balliol College, Oxford on 19 June 1607, and received his B.A. 14 Oct 1609. He next received his M.A. from Gloucester Hall, Oxford on 6 July 1615. He became the Vicar of Lacock, Wiltshire in 1616^[1].
