Biography

Fiorella Stella was baptized at Lipari, Provincia di Messina, Kingdom of Sicily, 10 June 1560, daughter of Maestro Lorenzo Stella and Margherita "Cantella" Jozza/Iozza; her sponsor was Andrea di Massa.^[1] She died at Lipari, before 22 March 1603.^[2]

She married, first, at Lipari, about 1576, Giuseppe Galletta, who was born at Lipari, about 1550, of unknown parentage, and died at Lipari, about 1582.^[3]

She married, second, at Lipari, about 1583, Maestro Nicola Manfrè, who was born at Lipari, Provincia di Messina, Kingdom of Sicily, about 1540, of unknown parentage; and died at Lipari, after 14 September 1583.^[4]

Her husband was known in records as Roggiero di Todaro. Roggiero diTodaro was bap. Lipari, 3 Feb. 1574, son of Melchiore diTodaro and Caterinella Sarda; sponsor was Aloisio Spina.
