Mary was born in 1835. She is the daughter of Martin Stenton and Ann Rawson. She was christened on 19 April 1835 at All Saints Church, Darfield, Yorkshire[1]

Mary married George Pollard on 11 August 1856 at Sheffield, Cathedral Church of St Peter & St Paul, Sheffield, Yorkshire.[2]

Mary passed away in 1912, age 76.[3]
