(age 30 - born in Ohio), her inferred sister Ann M. (age 7 - born in Ohio), her inferred brother Levi (age 6 - born in Ohio), her inferred brother Loab (age 5 - born in Ohio and I believe this to be Joab) and her brother Aaron (age 2 - born in Ohio)[1].

In 1870, Mary (age 19 - born in Ohio and worked at keeping house), lived in Chester, Clinton County, Ohio, with her inferred husband Jacob (age 21 - born in Ohio and worked as a farm laborer)[2].

On December 21, 1870, Mary and Jacob gave birth to their daughter Corra Mae Scamhorn (name as recorded on daughter's death certificate), in Ohio[3].

On December 15, 1872, Mary and Jacob gave birth to their daughter Eunice J. Scammahorn, in Chester, Clinton County, Ohio[4].

On August 3, 1878, Mary and Jacob gave birth to their son John Elmer Scammahorn, in New Burlington[5].

On October 22, 1903, John E. Scammahorn (age 25 - born in New Burlington and worked as a farmer), married Clara Bell Free (age 22 - born in Kentucky and worked as a housekeeper), in Greene County, Ohio[9].

On June 1, 1911, J. M. (age 22 - name as recorded, born in Greene County, Ohio and worked as a bridge worker), married Mary G. Collins Trimble (age 22 - a widow, previously married once, born in Warren County, Ohio and worked as a waitress), in Warren County, Ohio[10].

On April 22, 1921, Harold Trout Scammahorn (age 25 - born in New Burlington and worked as a laborer), married Lucille Josephine Bogan (age 19 - born in Clarksville, Ohio), in Greene County, Ohio[11].
