Biography
Charles Burnett Stiven or Stephen was baptised on 1 September 1822 in either Laurencekirk or Glenbervie, Kincardineshire (baptism records are listed in both parishes). . He was the son of Jonathan Stiven and Margaret Davidson.[1][2]
