Biography

Falura was born in about 1886 to William L and Rebecca Ann (Fruits) Stivers. Her father died shortly after she was born. Falura had three known marriages. Just before her 15th birthday, she married Charles Cordray. They had two children, Mildred and Gertrude. They had been married almost 38 years when Charles died in 1939. Two years later, she married Jesse Moore. They were married almost 19 years before Falura was again a widow. In 1953, she married a retired farmer, Walter Hanna. She passed away in 1964, and was interred alongside her first husband in Fowler Cemetery.
