Biography
James Rodan Stoba was born on 17 April 1840 at Caerlaverock, Dumfries-shire. He is the son of Thomas Stoba and Elizabeth Rodan.
In 1841 James was living at Bankwood, Carlaverock Parish with his parents and siblings.[1]
