Biography
Ann was 10 years old when her parents, William and Elizabeth Stone immigrated from England to NSW, Australia aboard the ship "Eastern Empire" arriving on 29 Nov 1862. Her 3 siblings, Robert 16, Susan 15 and Joseph 7yrs also made the journey. Their mother Elizabeth died within months of arriving in the colony.
