Pieter Stoppelenburg, born abt 1890^[1] in Stolwijk, son of Hermanus Stoppelenburg and Maria Pieternella Cornelissen

Pieter married (1) 21 June 1911^[2] in ’s-Gravenhage with Christina Pieternella Antonia Nuijens. The divorced 9 February 1920 (registred 8 April 1920^[3]

Pieter married (2) 23 July 1920^[4] in Rotterdam with Tonia Pieternella Maria van Hillo.

Pieter Stoppelenburg lived in The Hague until February 1918 and then moved to Hillegersberg. There he left for Rotterdam in January 1924. Pieter moved to America in September 1926 with his family. It is unknown when he returned to the Netherlands, but in 1937 he was present at the wedding of their son Pieter Stephanus Hermanus and lived in ’s-Gravenhage. On November 29, 1963, he and his wife are re-registered as residents of Rotterdam^[5]
