Biography
John Henry Strohacker was born on June 7, 1869 in Franklin Township, Coshocton County, Ohio.[1] He was the son of Valentine Strohacker and Mary Brannon.[1][2] John married Ella Jestice on February 6, 1895 in Douglas County, Illinois.[2] Ella was the daughter of John Jestice and Martha Murphy.[2] John and Ella moved to Daviess County, Indiana where he was a farmer.[3] They had no living children.[4][3] John died on February 15, 1956 and is buried in Fairview Cemetery, Elnora (Daviess County), Indiana.[5]
