Louis Michael Stumer was born in Baltimore, Maryland[1] or Chicago, Cook, Illinois[2], 1870. He was the son of Austrian immigrant, Michael Stumer, and Polish immigrant, Jennie Kellner.[3]
Louis lived in Illinois where he was the PRESIDENT OF STUMER ROSENTHAL ECKSTEIN WHICH ILLUSTRATED RED BOOK, BLUE BOOK, AND GREEN BOOK MAGAZINES.
Louis died 14 Jul 1919.
