Biography
Jeremiah was born in 1768. He was the son of Robert Sturgeon and Jean Robinson. He passed away in 1826.
He married first to Annie Richie and had 5 children: Robert, David Richie, Jane, Nancy Ann and Effie.
He married 2nd, 25 june 1818, Mary McCormick. They had George Washington and Timothy Scott Sturgeon.
