Biography
Hiram was born in 1875. He is the son of Charles Swegles and his wife Eliza.
Hiram E Singles [sic] married Dorothy Jacobs on 12 May 1902 in Anderson, Madison, Indiana, United States.[1]
In July 1914, "J. J. Broderick and H. A. Swegles of Covinginton, have been passing a few days in New York.[2]
His draft registration for World War 1 on 12 Sep 1918 recorded him living in Covington, Kenton, Kentucky and working as an inspector on the Rail Road. His nearest relative was his wife Dorothy. He was described as short, medium build, with blue eyes and light brown hair.[3]
Their daughter Eliz D C Swegles died in 1918.[4]
Hiram died in 1945 at the age of 70.[5]
