[1][2] By 1870 his mother had remarried Benjamin Franklin Heather after the death of Walter Taisey.[3] In 1880 Peter had moved to Onondaga, Michigan.[4]
Peter married Mary in 1883 and in 1900 they were living in Mancelona village, Antrim, Michigan with three children. [5] In 1910 Peter and Mary and one daughter were living in Spokane, Washington where he was working as a City Hall emergency man.[6]
Peter died December 7, 1913 in Spokane, Washington. [7]
