Biography
Priscilla or Prescela Tanner was baptised at Chatham St.Mary on 24 August 1823 and married William Philpot in September quarter 1844 at Medway district. They had three children baptised at Chatham: Mary 1846, Lyddy 1848 and George 1850. In 1851 Prisalor Philpot 27 was living with her father Timothy and children Mary 5, Lyddy 3 and George 1. William Philpot died in Medway district in sept q 1858. In 1861 Priscilla Philpot 37 was a needlewoman living with her mother in Chatham. No Priscilla or family 1871 or 1881 census.
