Biography

Everett was baptised in 1826 in Warkton, Northamptonshire, England. He was the son of Thomas Tansley and Sarah Mutton.^[1] The family lived in Tansor, Northamptonshire, in 1841.^[2]

In 1847 Everett married Susanna Pheasant in Titchmarsh, Northamptonshire.^[3][4] By 1861 the family lived in Upwell, Cambridgeshire, where Everett worked as a wheelwright and carpenter.^[5] They had moved to Thornby, Northamptonshire, by 1871.^[6][7][8]

Everett died in 1899 at the age of 73.^[9]

Research notes

Everett was baptised with the name 'Everard' - presumably his name was misheard by the vicar. Fuller-8857 21:34, 17 July 2022 (UTC)
