Biography
Stella Gertrude (Tapley) Clarke was born in Ripples, New Brunswick in Oct 17, 1897[1], the daughter of Mary Elizabeth (Campbell) Tapley and Harding Theodore Tapley.[2]
She married Russell H. Clarke at York County, New Brunswick on Jun 13, 1916.[3]
