Bernard Weldon was born 1883 in Rangoon, Burma., the son of George Weldon Tarleton and his wife Mary Beatrice Borgie.
In 1906 he was a witness at his sister's Wedding and in 1907 noted as Inspector of Excise, he married (aged 23) at The Cathedral, Rangoon, Minnie Ellison Adamson, (aged 22) daughter of Charles Henry Adamson and with witnesses: JW Henderson; W. Geo. Henderson; Marie Adamsom [1]
From 1908 - 1910 He was Superintendent of Excise, living at Tavoy, Dawei, Burma as recorded on the birth certificate of his son. [2] but by 1912 he was noted as living at 11 York Rd, Rangoon - Late of Excise Dept.
He died approximately 1945
