Biography
From her age at death, Catherine Taylor was born about 1839.
Immigration. When she about 14-years-old, she arrived in Australia.
Marriage. In 1858, in the Colony of Victoria, she married Peter Bruen. [1]
Catherine Bruen passed away in 1905, aged 66 years. Her death was registered Carlton, Victoria, giving her maiden name as Taylor. Further details of her parents weren't known to the informant.[2]

- BRUEN - On the 7th October, at 156 Faraday street, Carlton, Catherine, relict of the late Peter Bruen, aged 66 years (a colonist of 52 years), beloved mother of Peter, Patrick and Benedict L. Bruen, and Mrs N. M. O'Donnell. By request, no flowers.
