Biography
Ann (Thayer) Lawn was born in Ireland.
The marriage record of George Lawn in Calumet Island in 1856 lists his parents as John Lawn and Ann “Thager” of Calumet Island.[1] John is almost certainly John Lawn Sr (abt.1806-1897), the only John Lawn of the right age on the island. This is the only known record that mentions Ann.
She died before 1840, when John remarried.
