Timothy is the son of Reuben Thayer and Sarah Linfield
Timothy was born 1773 in Braintree, Mass[1]
Timothy married Arethusa Marie Johnson ( 1774–1850). on 11 Jan 1795 in Boston, Suffolk County, MA.[2]
