Biography
Thomas was a Friend (Quaker)
Thomas was the son of Thomas Theobald and Mary Harvey. He was born at Wimbledon, Surrey on 17 October 1785.[1][2]
Thomas died at Bromley [Bromley-by-Bow], Middlesex on 19 October 1810 and was buried on 28 October at Ratcliff Quaker burial ground, Middlesex.[3][4]
