Vicar of Methven, Canterbury, and of Woolston, Christchurch, New Zealand.
Background
He was the son of Eleanora Waymond Hammond and Henry Thomson. He was born on 16 March 1913.
Marriage and family
On 26 March 1940 at All Saints', Sumner, by Rev W A Orange, he married Edith Gabriel Taylor, with issue two daughters and one son. She died in 1971.
Death and burial
He died on 4 May 1987.
