Biography
Nicolaus Winand Thomas was born in 1763 to Nicolaus Thyssen and Anna Maria Hundts (Hungs). He was baptized on 21 Dec 1763. His godparents were his grandfather Winand Hundts (Hungs) and his step grandmother Anna Mechthild Thyssen.[1]
He married Maria Christine Nellessen in 1792 at St. Foillan, Aachen.[2] Witnesses were Isaac Thyssen and Catharina Nellessen.
Nicolaus was "Stadtschreiber", in 1799 registered as "Secrety pres l'Adm. Municipale", living on Rue de Bendelstraße.[3]. He passed away in 1814.
