Mary was born about 1818 being christened that year on 6 October at Barton Seagrave, Northamptonshire[1]. She was the daughter of Richard John Tibbits and Horatia Charlotte Lockwood. She passed away in 1904[2][3].
Mary married firstly, Samuel Hood (later Hood-Tibbits), 3rd Viscount Hood of Whitley in 1837[4].
She married thirdly in 1858[6], John Borlase Maunsell who the same year. took the surname Tibbits by Royal Licence. Mary retained the title Viscountess Hood.
Mary was born about 1818. She passed away in 1904.
