Biography
James was baptised 03 August 1834 in St Eval, son of James Tippett (a shoemaker) and Effy Hawkey of Church Town, St Eval[1]
James Tippett married Ellen Hellyar on 8 June 1862 at St Ervan. James was a mason, resident of St Merryn, son of James (a shoemaker). Ellen was of St Ervan, daughter of John (a labourer). Witnesses were John and Ann Hellyar[2]
