Caroline (Topham) Kitchin (1891 - 1939)

Biography

Caroline was born in 1891^[1] in Hull, Yorkshire, England. She was the daughter of Edwin Topham and Mary Ann Ward. The family lived in Hull.^[2] Caroline's father worked as a fireman.^[3] In 1911 Caroline worked as a laundress.^[4]

Caroline married George Samuel Kitching in 1916.^[5][6] The family lived in Hull and in 1921 George worked as a "steam wagon steerman" at a flour mill.^[7] He died in 1930 at the age of 57.^[8]

Caroline died in 1939 at the age of 47.^[9]
