Alexander was born in 1873[1], the son of Edward John Tracey. He passed away in 1959[2][3].
In 1897 at St Andrew Southwark, Surrey, Alexander married firstly, Elizabeth Jane, daughter of George Sherwood and Sarah Mary Young[4][5].

He married secondly in 1902 at St Michael and All Angels, Walthamstow, Essex, Mrs Hannah Attwood, daughter of William Henry Stockham and Elizabeth Eleanor Maquillion[7][8].
He married thirdly in 1920 at Christ Church Hackney, London, Ada Florence, daughter of Benjamin Frederick Flight Griffin and Fanny Cock[9][10].
