Biography

Fayette Treat was born on January 8, 1831 in New York to John and Eunice Treat. His father was born in Vermont; his mother in New York. In 1850, Fayette lived on a farm with his parents and siblings in Concord, Erie, New York. ^[1]

On October 26, 1853, Fayette married Martha Griffith in Concord. ^[2] Fayette was a farmer. ^[3] They had two daughters, Hattie (Walters) and Ella (Lowry). ^[4]

Fayette died on January 26, 1902 and was buried in Maplewood Cemetery, Springville, Erie, New York. ^[5]
