Mary (Trick) Hockridge was born in Cornwall, England.

Mary Trick was born about 1757 and baptised on 6th April 1757 at Morwenstow, Cornwall, England. She was the daughter of John and Judith Trick of Morwenstow.^[1][2]

Mary Trick married Thomas Hockridge on 4th November 1777 at Morwenstow, Cornwall, England.^[3][4]

Mary and Thomas Hockridge had at least two children.

1. John Hockridge b. 1778
2. William Hockridge b. 1785

Research Notes

Two sisters, Mary and Judith Trick, from Morwenstow married two brothers, Thomas and Richard Hockridge from Kilkhampton. Yet a third brother, William Hockridge, married another Mary Trick, from Hartland, Devon.

Unable to distinguish several possible burial records for "Mary Hockridge". Her husband, Thomas died in 1807, when Mary, assuming she was still alive, would only have been 50 years old. She may have remarried but I cannot see anything relevant on the Cornwall OPC website.
