He died in 1633 and was buried 20 August 1633 Kirkburton, Yorkshire, England[2]

Married secondly Elizabeth?

1637 In Thomas Thornhill v. Thomas Boynton and Elizabeth, his wife. Thomas Thornhill married Anne, daughter of Thomas Triggott, whose widow and executrix Elizabeth afterwards married Thomas Boynton. Thornhill claims £240 under his marriage settlement which the court orders defendants to pay.[3]
