Trimper, Wilbur McGray, 81 of Digby formerly of Bear River East passed away Sunday May 27, 2012 in the Digby General Hospital. Born in Greenland, Anna. Co. he was a son of the late Harold and Ethel (Buckler) Trimper. Wilbur was a butcher for many years. He was a loving husband and father. He is survived by his wife the former Roberta Marie Sanford; sons, Kenneth (Kathleen) of Bear River East, Wilbur Jr. of Lawrencetown, Garnet (Cynthia) of Mount Uniacke; daughters, Nancy (Daniel) Auby of Waldec, Christine (James) Cress of Clementsvale, Linda Stanton of Clementsport; 13 grandchildren and six great grandchildren; sister Mary White of Waterford, Digby Co.; brothers, Donald (Beatrice) of Greenland, Willis (Alice) Bear River East, Dennis of Greenland. He was predeceased by a son in infancy, sisters, Helen and Olive; brothers, Lawrence, Shirley, Clyde and Lewis and grandson Calvin Auby. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Kaulbach Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Annapolis Royal. Funeral service will be held 2:00p.m. Thursday from the Wesleyan Church, Digby with Pastor Andrew Maves officiating assisted by Rev. Warren Fitzgerald.
