Janice was born 14 Sep 1937 in Seattle, Washington. She was the daughter of Raymond Fussell and Helen Hagedorn.

In 1940 she was living in Ward 7, Tacoma, Tacoma Election Precinct, Pierce, Washington.^[1] The household included Raymond Fussel age 38 born in Iowa, wife Helen Fussel age 31 born in Washington, son Richard Fussel age 6 born in Washington, daughter Janice Fussel age 2 born in Washington and lodger Beata Just age 37 born in Canada. Raymond was a public school teacher. Beata was a public school teacher.

She died 27 Jul 2000 in Pierce, Washington.^[2][3][4]
