Biography
Some on-line trees show this woman as Regina Magdalena KADEL, born 1795 in Hesse-Darmstadt, and died 1881 in New York. She was married to Johann Jakob KAROLD. We know Mary's mother was named Regina AROLD, and was listed as a widow in 1860, 1870 and 1880. I have found no record for the birth of a daughter Mary or Maria, so I cannot verify her parentage directly.
