Mary most likely died between 1861 and 1870 in Cannon County, Tennessee. She did not reappear for the 1870 census.
Research Notes
Her name appears as Sagely in other internet trees. This is no proof that this is her name. There is a marriage record for a Mary Ann Sagely to a William Bynum that occurs 31 December 1846 in Cannon County, Tennessee. This is long after the death of the William Bynum (abt.1790-bef.1830) that was married to this Mary. It seems unlikely that this woman's LNAB is Sagely. No source has been located. The Bynum/Sagely 1846 marriage is for the son, William, of this couple from the late 1700's. Sagely has been removed as her LNAB.
