The name of "Elizabeth" appears only once in the 1850 US Census as the wife of William Hendrix and the mother of their five children, and then the trace ends. Every other detail about her life has to be inferred.
Some list her as Nan Elizabeth Howe and others list her as Lucinda Elizabeth Crow. Both of these are supported by weak assumptions. In short, we do not confidently know her parents or her siblings.
What we do know about "Elizabeth" was she was about 46 years of age in 1850 allowing her birth year to be set at about 1804. She was born in Georgia.
She can be inferred to be in the 1830 US Census as the female who is between 20-29 years of age (the census recorded the name of only the head of the house, William).
She can be inferred to be in the 1840 US Census for the same reason, but 10 years older.
Her first child, Webby, was born in late 1829 or early 1830 and is present in the 1830 US Census. New wives typically became pregnant soon after marriage in those days, so with the assumption that William and Elizabeth were married before Webby was born, that places their wedding about 1827-1829 with 1828 being a reasonable assumption.
We do not know the year that Elizabeth died, her grave has not yet been located, but we know two bookends to that year. She was alive in 1850. She was dead by 1860. Even more, her husband William married Rhoda Magnum in 1857 and they appear in the 1860 US Census as husband and wife with William's youngest son, Isaac Samuel, living with them. With children, William would have remarried within a year or two of his wife's death (as was common in those days).
Elizabeth died sometime between mid-1850 and 1857. The year of 1855 is a reasonable best guess as her year of death.
