On 30 September 1624, Aelbrecht Henricxz., alias Coman (Merchant) Albert, living in Woubrugge, is mentioned in a deed as a creditor to Cornelis Cornelisz. Beerten Rees (?), living in Ter Aar. It relates to a plot of land with a house in Ter Aar.[1]
On 6 December 1627, Aelbert van Sweeringen is mentioned in a deed as a creditor to Pons Dammasz, living in Roelofarendsveen. Pons owes him 150 Guilders and 9 Guilders interest per year. Also mentioned are Immetgen & Neeltgen Arentsdr, daughters of Arent Henricxz, who lived on the "Oude Wetering".[2]
On 23 October 1628, Aelbert Henricxsz van Sweringen, living in Esselijckerwoude, buys a house with land near the river Ade in Alkemade.[3]
On 31 May 1629, Aelbert Henricxsz van Sweeringen, living in Esselijckerwoude, becomes guarantor for Pons Dammasz, who also lives in Esselijckerwoude. It relates to a house with land in Roelofarendsveen which is sold to Jonker Cornelisz van Hoogelande who lives in Leiden.[4]
On 8 November 1630, Aelbert Henricksz van Sweringen, living in Woubrugge, is relieved from his duty as guarantor by Maritgen Cornelisdr, widow of Dammas Ponsz van Griecken, living in Ofwegen, It relates to a house and land belonging to Jonker Cornelis van Hoogelande.[5]
On 24 June 1632, the widow of Aelbert Henricxsz van Sweeringen is mentioned in a deed, owning land in Esselijckerwoude.[6] This means Aelbert died before 24 June 1632.
In 1632, Claes Aelbertsz and Henrick Aelbertsz are mentioned in a deed. This could be the will of their father.[7]
In 1633, Henric Aelbertsz van Sweringen is mentioned in a deed.[8]
