Birth
Janke Veenstra, born on May 23, 1822 in Wijnjeterp, Opsterland, Friesland. She was the daughter of Jan Uitzes Veenstra and Harmke Louwkes Wijnstra.[1]
Marriage
Janke married Wybe Marks Postma, born in Kollumerzwaag, 30 years old, on March 29, 1855 in Ameland.[2] They had 4 children:
- Mark Postma, born on January 20, 1856
- Harmentje Postma, born on August 23, 1857
- Trijntje Postma, born on March 11, 1861
- Jantje Postma, born on March 21, 1868
Death
She passed away on October 27, 1887 in Ooststellingwerf.[3]
