Edward John Roosevelt Vimpani was born in 1909 in Kew, Victoria, Australia, the son of Alice Mary Victoria (Ball) Vimpani and Harry Heidelberg Dean Vimpani.[1]
He married Dorothy Honor Williams in 1935 in Victoria.[2]
