Captain Rosslyn Alexander Virtue was in a military record on 6 Oct 1945 which indicated that he had won the award "Mention in Despatches" which was granted by the King of England for his service in the Queen's Own Rifles of Canada.[2]
In the obituary of his wife Margaret, it indicates that he died in 1982. [3] He was buried in Mount Pleasant Cemetery and Crematorium, London, Middlesex County, Ontario, Canada.[4]
In the 1911 census Rosslyn (age 4) was the son of William Virtue in Daniel, Ontario.[5]
