Biography

Edgar was born in 1819. He is the son of Ludwig von Westphalen and his second wife Caroline, née Heubel.[1]

is the son of Ludwig von Westphalen and his second wife Caroline, née Heubel. There were three children from the marriage of Ludwig with Caroline:[2]

  1. Johanna Bertha Julie Jenny von Westphalen (born 12 Feb 1814 in Salzwedel; baptized 15 Feb 1814 in Salzwedel; among her godparents was the grandmother of the historian Friedrich Meinecke; died 2 Dec 1881 in London);
  2. Helena Laura Cecilia Charlotte Friederike von Westphalen (born 16 Mar 1817 in Trier; died 3 Apr 1821 in Trier);
  3. Gerhard Oscar Ludwig Edgar von Westphalen (born 26 Mar 1819 in Trier; died 30 Sep 1890 in Berlin).

Edgar passed away in 1890.[1]

Hi Rotger, I think your question means that you do not know how to "Open" a profile. If you go to the "Privacy" tab above, then under the "Privacy Level" at the bottom of the list is the option to set the level to "Open".

So click that button, and save it.

Right now it is only set as Green "Pulbic", which means that I can view it, but I cannot edit it.
