Emma Wagner ^[1] ^[2] was born on February 15, 1884 in Illinois. ^[1]^[2]

According to Find-A-Grave ^[2], her parents were Fred Otto Rudolph Wagner (1847–1897) and Susan Sippel Wagner (1850–1934), but this has not been verified.

Emma married Frederick Emig about 1915, probably in St. Clair County, Illinois. ^[1] ^{exact date and place unknown}
