Isaac was born in 1844. He was the son of Benjamin Walker and Mary Allison. Isaac served in the Union Army during the late rebellion. He enlisted August 26, 1864, as a Private in Company "E," 21st Regiment Pennsylvania Cavalry and expanded Company "C," 205th Regiment Pennsylvania Infantry. He mustered out June 2, 1865 at Alexandria, Virginia, and filed for his pension December 1, 1892. He passed away in 1922, and was buried at Pleasantville Cemetery, Alum Bank, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, in Plot 106 A.[1]
