Fayetteville, Jan. 15-Dr. John Mack Wallace, 74, eye, ear, nose and throat specialist, died at his home near here today. He lived in Arkansas most of his life, having practiced here, and at Fort Smith and Harrison. He was a graduate of Vanderbilt and Tulane universities and was a native of Tennessee. Funeral will be held at the Central Presbyterian church at 10 am Saturday by the Rev. John P. McConnell. Another service will be held at Harrison Saturday afternoon. He is survived by his wife, a son John M. Wallace Jr. of Staunton, Va.; and four daughters, Mrs. Hugh Snapp and Mrs. Pearl Lee of Fayetteville, Miss Mayme Wallace of Staunton and Mrs Rex Kilbourn of Marion, O.; two brothers, William and Stephen Wallace and a sister, Mrs. Mary Kuykandall, all of Marshall.
