Biography
Charles was born in 1858[1]. He was the son of John Walters and Charlotte Pendle.
In 1878, Charles married Zipporah Ann, daughter of Joseph Haynes and Mary Neale[2].
He passed away in 1930[3] and was buried on 27 March at St Helen, Alveston, Gloucestershire[4].
