Lewis Bay Ward was born 7 April 1913 in Havre de Grace, Harford County, Maryland, USA. He was the son of William Ward and Maude Gallion.

In 1920, Louis B Ward (6) lived in Havre de Grace with his father William C (36), mother Maud B (32), older sisters Madalaine (12) and Elva (9), brother William S (6), and younger brother George (0). ^[1]

In 1930, Louis B Ward (17) lived in Havre de Grace with his father William C (46), mother Maud B (42), brother William S (17), and younger brothers George R (11), Charles L (8), and Harry C (6). ^[2]

In Aug 1944, her married Erma G Stauffer.

In 1980, L Bay Ward (67) passed away. He had been living in Harford County. ^[3] He was buried at Wesleyan Chapel Cemetery in Aberdeen, Harford County. ^[4]
