He was born in Dublin, Georgia to his parents David Elzey Warnock and Martha Jeanette Brantley, their 2nd child and son. He was born during the Presidency of Millard Fillmore the 13th POTUS and passed away at 86 during the Presidency of Franklin D Roosevelt the 32nd POTUS.
