Thomas was born about 1812 and baptised on 26 January 1812 at Neilston, Renfrewshire, Scotland[1]. He was the son of John Watson and Elizabeth Buchanan.
Research Notes
There are quite a few Thomas Watsons in Renfrewshire, so I have not yet confirmed him in the Censuses.
