Louise Watts was born in Edmonton, England in 1849.[1] She was the daughter of William Watts and Eleanor Lord.
She married John Jefferson. They emigrated to Canada. They moved to Vancouver.
The death took place in Vancouver recently of Mrs. Louisa A Jefferson, wife of John Jefferson of Vancouver and mother of Mrs T. Martin, 25 Colborne street this city. The deceased was very well known In Paris Ontario where she was during a number of years residence active in the Presbyterian church being at one lime president of the Ladies Aid. She also had many friends in Brantford and was greatly esteemed by all who knew her. She was in her 86th year.
Surviving besides her husband are eight daughters and four sons: Mrs Martin hers: Mrs. L. Chapple Guelph, Miss Millian Jefferson, Toronto; Miss Janet Jefferson, Detroit; Mrs, B. Nixon, Alberta; Mrs. E Murgatroyd; Mrs. G. Siebert and Miss Dorothy Jefferson, Vancouver and Lawrence, Toronto; Leonard, California; John, Alberta and Ernest Jefferson, Vancouver.[2]
